Job summary

Rockmount is seeking Boilermakers and Welders for a precast concrete mould manufacturing site in Chullora, NSW. This temp-to-perm role offers an established pathway to permanent employment with the client.

You will fabricate and repair steel moulds, weld and perform boilermaking tasks, and interpret drawings to support a fast-paced production environment. Eligible candidates should have welding/boilermaking experience, be able to read drawings, and demonstrate reliability and attention to

Rockmount is recruiting on behalf of a specialist precast concrete manufacturer based in Chullora, with a strong reputation for supplying quality precast concrete elements. They're after Boilermakers and Welders to join their fast-paced team, working on the steel moulds used in precast panel production. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity — you'll start on assignment through Rockmount, with a genuine pathway to permanent employment with our client.

What you'll be doing:

• Fabricating and repairing steel moulds used in precast concrete production
• Welding and general boilermaking tasks across the plant
• Reading and interpreting drawings for mould fabrication and repair
• Working as part of a fast-paced team to keep production on schedule

Requirements

What you'll need:

• Knowledge of precast concrete, specifically mould making, highly regarded — specific training provided if you're light on this
• Experience in welding and boilermaking
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Honesty and reliability — you'll need to demonstrate commitment individually and as part of a team
