Westfill Pty Ltd in Bibra Lake, WA is seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our workshop on a Monday to Friday roster. The role focuses on fabrication, assembly and maintenance for our mining fleet and equipment, offering a hands-on, team-based environment.

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Boilermaker/Fabrication with at least five years in a workshop, possess current welding tickets to AS/NZS 1554, a valid manual Class C licence (MR/HR desirable), forklift ticket,

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Boilermaker/Fabrication with 5 years’ workshop experience.
• Current welding qualifications/tickets per AS/NZS 1554.
• Current Manual Class C Licence is essential (MR/HR desirable).
• Forklift ticket is essential.
• Police clearance within last 6 months.
• Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of various products.
• Ensure high standard of QAQC on all products.
• Operate and maintain workshop equipment.
• Assist with deliveries/collection of critical parts and components.
• Maintain a safe and clean workshop environment.
• Assist with other workshop duties as required.

About Westfill

Westfill is a specialised underground hard rock mining contractor operating across multiple WA, East Coast & International sites. Our Bibra Lake workshop supports our fleet and site operations with fabrication, repairs, and equipment maintenance

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Boilermaker to join our Bibra Lake workshop on a Monday to Friday roster. This is a hands‑on trade role supporting fabrication, assembly, and workshop equipment maintenance for our Mining fleet and equipment.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Boilermaker/Fabrication (or equivalent trade qualification) with 5 years’ experience in a workshop environment.
• Current welding qualifications/tickets to conform with AS/NZS 1554.
• Current Manual Class C Driver's Licence is essential (MR/HR licence desirable).
• Forklift ticket is essential.
• Must be able to provide a National Police Clearance within the last 6 months.
• Must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical to include Drug and Alcohol screening.
• Must be a team player & be able to work as part of a team.
• Monday to Friday with flexibility as required by business requirements.
• This is a physically demanding role requiring manual handling, standing for extended periods, and working with welding and fabrication equipment in a workshop environment.
• Appropriate PPE will be provided and must be worn at all times.
