Job summary

Deakin University invites applications for a Reception Officer based at the Warrnambool Campus. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) offers a friendly, customer-focused environment and requires rostered hours on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Salary ranges from $80,046 to $84,849 (HEW 4) plus 17% superannuation, pro rata for part-time hours. The role focuses on delivering exceptional reception and administrative support to residents, families, staff and contractors, with opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate Diploma level qualification with relevant work experience.
• Completion of a post-certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant training.
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact that matters - deliver welcoming, reliable reception and administrative support to residents, families, staff and contractors.
• Create outstanding customer experiences by responding quickly to enquiries, resolving issues and connecting people with the right services.
