The role involves operating weighbridge software, cash handling, and guiding customers to appropriate disposal areas while supporting environmental sustainability and Council objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in weighbridge operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers.
• Demonstrated cash handling, banking and retail experience.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process weighbridge transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer enquiries and provide disposal/recycling guidance.
• Balance daily receipts and maintain accurate records.
• Promote resource recovery and environmental initiatives.
• Support safe and compliant operation of the facility.
