Job summary

Nucrush Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Weighbridge Allocator to efficiently plan movements of our Heavy Vehicle fleet of tippers between the Oxenford quarry and customer sites. You will operate two weighbridges, one on-site and one monitored remotely, and support with accurate data entry and customer inquiries.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you’ll use our stock system, perform weighing and ticketing, and manage bookings, quotes and sales orders.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and attention to detail required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and reliability.
• Able to work early starts and maintain accuracy in data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aggregate and inventory levels; allocate a fleet of tippers.
• Liaise with production staff to keep stock data up to date.
• Organise external hauliers to meet future product requirements.
• Weighing and ticketing of truck movements; maintain records.
• Maintain databases of contractors, drivers and mass records.
• Adhere to Chain of Responsibility and other regulatory requirements.
• General administration including quotations and payment processing.
