Job summary

HiQ Group is seeking a Weighbridge Operator to manage a computerised weighbridge, record vehicle traffic, and perform related administrative duties at our site in Australia. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime as required.

The successful candidate will maintain weighbridge operations, interact with drivers, and handle regulatory paperwork while supporting other office tasks as needed. Prior weighbridge experience is preferred, with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• Current White Card or willingness to obtain
• Previous weighbridge experience (on-the-job training available)
• Computer literacy, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Operate a computerised weighbridge and record all vehicles entering and exiting the site
• Maintenance of the weighbridge and surrounding areas
• Interact with drivers entering the site
• Record all vehicle information and complete regulatory paperwork
• Liaise with operations staff
• Some office and housekeeping duties
