Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Weighbridge & Logistics Coordinator at Sancrox Quarry, just west of Port Macquarie. This permanent full-time role focuses on weighbridge operations, fleet coordination, and robust administration to support site logistics.

Reporting to Quarry Management, you will manage documentation, supplier relations and reporting while gradually expanding into sales loader responsibilities as systems evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport scheduling or fleet coordination.
• Willingness to learn SAP/MYOB/Xero and other business systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with invoices and records.

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge and process outgoing load tickets.
• Plan daily Truck & Dog fleet allocation.
• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting.
• Handle purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Support dispatch and customer service.
• Learn to operate the sales loader as trained.
