The Smith's Snackfood Company, part of PepsiCo, is seeking a Frontline Manager to lead a weekend night shift of 35+ operators in a high-speed food manufacturing environment. You will cultivate a safe, engaged and high-performing culture while driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity and service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in a food manufacturing or production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop frontline teams to foster a high-performing, accountable and inclusive culture.
• Drive team engagement through daily huddles, recognition and development planning.
• Proactively resolve operational challenges while delivering safety, quality, cost and service targets.
• Champion a strong safety and wellbeing culture by ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Optimise labour utilisation, resources and shift performance to achieve productivity and cost objectives.
• Utilise data and continuous improvement methods to identify opportunities and deliver improvements.
