Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Adelaide, SA is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Leader to head the weekend maintenance team (Friday to Monday) across our plant.

You will ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and to high standards while minimizing equipment downtime. You will collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to sustain a high-performing manufacturing environment and maximise plant availability.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance management experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food-safety requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely, professional maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate the use of subcontractors and external resources as required.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, food safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Support maintenance budgets and drive cost efficiency.
• Support capital and engineering projects and track KPIs daily.
