Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience within a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-pressure operational settings.
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management and building engaged, high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering and Quality.
• A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop frontline teams to foster a high-performing, accountable and inclusive culture.
• Drive team engagement through daily huddles, meaningful recognition, regular feedback and individual development planning.
• Provide hands-on leadership to proactively resolve operational challenges while delivering against safety, quality, cost and service targets.
• Champion a strong safety and wellbeing culture by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Optimise labour utilisation, resources and shift performance to achieve productivity and cost objectives.
• Leverage operational data and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver sustainable performance improvements.
