Job summary

Opal HealthCare's Carlingford Greens Care Community in Sydney's north-west opens in March 2027, offering a welcoming front desk experience for residents, families and visitors on weekends.

We are seeking a friendly, professional Weekend Receptionist to be the first contact, answer calls, manage inquiries, and support rostering and mail with warm hospitality across weekends. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be warm, professional and organised at the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.
• Offer a personalised touch, know residents by name and provide hospitality like tea.
• Support administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records and rostering.
