Opal HealthCare is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join Annandale Grove Care Community and be the welcoming face for residents, families and visitors.

You will handle calls, enquiries and general admin with a warm, professional manner. Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail are essential; pre-employment medical and screening checks apply.

• Experience in reception/front-of-house or customer service roles.
• Warm, friendly and professional manner with excellent communication.
• Strong organisational skills and keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office.
• Passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsabilités

• Be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.
• Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.
• Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and rostering.
• Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.
