Job summary

The Venue in South Gippsland is seeking a Wedding & Events Manager to plan, organise and run weddings and events. You’ll work directly with couples, coordinating suppliers and collaborating with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure everything comes together on the day.

Ideal candidates will have experience in weddings, events or hospitality, be well organized, friendly and capable of handling multiple tasks, with strong communication and client management skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience in weddings, events or hospitality.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and run weddings and events with clients.
• Coordinate suppliers and kitchen/front-of-house teams to ensure on‑the‑day success.
• Handle client communication, administration, planning and on‑site supervision.
• Maintain client information, calendars and invoices; manage payments and deposits.
• Collaborate with GM, sales, kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth events.
