Job summary

SRG Hospitality in Sydney seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator to manage weddings and events from post-sale through final planning handover. You will balance wedding intimacy with large-scale corporate dinners, coordinating menus, timelines, run of day, and supplier requirements.

You will oversee end-to-end planning across multiple SRG venues, ensuring accurate documentation, client warmth, and flawless delivery while upholding single, consistent standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in event coordination, wedding coordination or event management within hospitality.
• Demonstrated wedding coordination experience with strong client care.
• Multi-venue or high-volume experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own wedding client relationship from post-sale through final planning handover.
• Coordinate ceremony, reception, styling and supplier requirements.
• Prepare event orders, run of show and handover to delivery team.
• Coordinate corporate and social events post-sale through execution planning.
