Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong attention to detail in recipe execution, presentation and finish.
• Ability to work to event deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of bakery products by accurately measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping doughs and pastries, and operating baking equipment in accordance with recipes.
• Prepare and bake fresh bakery items for weddings and events to individual customer requirements.
• Plan and schedule bakery production in line with event bookings.
• Production planning and coordination.
• Check the quality of raw materials and finished products for consistency and safety.
• Assist with ordering and stock control of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
