Pro Regal Pavilion is a growing business and is looking for a Qualified Baker to meet the business requirement to produce fresh baked goods, including celebration cakes and other bakery items, to support events held at the venue and ensure consistent quality and presentation for clients.

Role Summary

The Baker is responsible for preparing, baking and decorating a range of bakery products and celebration cakes for events hosted at Pro Regal Pavilion, including weddings, birthdays and other special occasions. This position supports the venue’s food production needs by delivering high-quality, fresh-baked goods in line with event timelines and quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a range of bakery products by accurately measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping doughs and pastries, and operating baking equipment in accordance with recipes.
• Prepare and bake fresh bakery, desserts, and cake items for weddings and events to individual customer requirements.
• Plan and schedule bakery production in line with event bookings.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least a Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent).

• Sound understanding of occupational health, food safety and hygiene regulations.
