Qualifications

• Must have Cert-III in Baking with at least 12 months of work experience in a commercial bakery.
• Experience with industrial baking equipment such as combi ovens, dough mixers, sheeters is desirable.
• Excellent English and good communication skills.
• Strong presentation and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check quality of raw materials and weigh ingredients.
• Operate dough machines, roll and mold dough, and cut biscuits.
• Clean, grease and maintain baking trays and equipment.
• Set oven temperatures and monitor bake times for different products.
• Bake, cool, decorate and package goods, ensuring display cases are clean.
• Adhere to OH&S rules and ensure safety training for staff.
