Lumi Dining Pty Ltd in Pyrmont is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at a waterfront dining room. You will own daily operations, deliver premium guest experiences and drive a professional, motivated team.

Key responsibilities include overseeing service standards, staff recruitment and training, reservations and events, and monitoring revenue and costs. Availability for evening/weekend shifts and NSW RSA compliance are required.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership experience in fine dining or premium hospitality.
• Strong wine knowledge and an understanding of tasting-menu service.
• Confident managing people, service and commercial targets.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Current NSW RSA and availability for evening and weekend services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service and maintain high standards across the dining room.
• Recruit, train and manage staff, including rostering and performance feedback.
• Oversee reservations, guest relations and events.
• Monitor revenue, labour costs, beverage stock and financial performance.
• Manage daily reporting, payments and operational procedures.
• Maintain RSA, food safety and workplace safety standards.
