Job summary

Tweed Shire Council in Tweed Heads seeks an Engineer - Water and Wastewater Design to support planning, design, construction and operations of vital water infrastructure. You will assist Senior Engineers and Managers across planning, policy and project management, gaining broad exposure to local government engineering functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Eligibility for Engineers Australia membership required.
• Experience supporting design/delivery of engineering infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design and construction of water and wastewater projects.
• Provide support to Senior Engineers, Coordinators and Managers.
• Engage with stakeholders including consultants, contractors and Council staff.
