Job summary

RSK Group's Binnies Australia unit is seeking a Civil Engineer to design water and wastewater infrastructure from concept to detail, including pipelines, pump stations and treatment upgrades. You will own design packages and coordinate with process, mechanical, structural and electrical teams across Brisbane or Perth offices.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, interpret surveys, prepare calculations and drawings, and contribute to safety in design.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least three years designing water/wastewater infrastructure.
Experience in pipelines, pump stations or treatment plants.
Ability to interpret surveys and geotechnical reports and prepare calculations.
Familiarity with Australian design standards and water authority requirements.
Proficiency with CAD drawings and engineering spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Assess assets, review survey data, and contribute to feasibility studies.
Prepare concept, preliminary and detailed civil designs for water and sewer projects.
Develop pipeline alignments and layouts, coordinating with other disciplines.
Prepare calculations, reports, specs and drawings; oversee CAD/BIM outputs.
Integrate civil works with process, mechanical, electrical, and controls designs.
Support tender queries, bid reviews and site inspections; track hours and budget.
Monitor progress and flag scope changes early.
