Job summary

The Water and Sewerage Technical Team at Eurobodalla Shire Council in Moruya is seeking a permanent full-time Technical Support Coordinator to lead and coordinate our water and sewerage operations. You will oversee technical enquiries, provide guidance to staff and stakeholders, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

The role includes supervising staff, after-hours support as required, and working with internal teams to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated WHS compliance experience and ability to implement safety standards.
• Proven leadership of technical teams in water/sewer or related utilities.
• Strong customer-focused approach and ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Water & Sewerage Technical team.
• Oversee management of technical enquiries and delivery of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient operations.
