Job summary

Sodexo Australia is seeking a Project Manager to lead two critical water infrastructure projects in remote Pilbara operations, based in Perth. You will drive end-to-end delivery from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience in water or utilities infrastructure, strong leadership and contractor management, and willingness to travel to remote sites. This role offers challenging, high-impact work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering water, wastewater, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project leadership and contractor management skills.
• Experience working in remote, mining or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to remote Pilbara sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk and reporting.
• Oversee engineering consultants, contractors and specialist vendors.
• Develop and execute construction and commissioning strategies in live operating environments.
• Manage site and stakeholder interfaces, including operational, maintenance and village teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Drive contractor performance and commercial outcomes.
• Facilitate project governance, approvals and handover activities.
