RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an Executive Project Director – Water Infrastructure in Western Australia to provide senior leadership across a major portfolio of water projects, working with clients, delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee planning through handover, establish governance and reporting, and drive safety, collaboration and performance across a large local team supported by a global leader in water.

Competenze

• Significant experience within the water sector (15–20 years).
• Experience in desalination, treatment, large networks, wastewater or other major water infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams across PM, engineering, commercial, procurement, controls, risk and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience establishing governance, assurance, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
• Oversight of cost, schedule, risk and commercial outcomes.
• Strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, government, regulators and delivery partners.
• Commitment to safety, collaboration, accountability and performance.
• Consideration of operational and whole-of-life requirements throughout delivery.
