Sodexo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of two major water infrastructure projects in remote Pilbara operations. Based in Perth with regular travel to site, you will oversee planning, procurement, construction and commissioning to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering water, wastewater, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project leadership and contractor management skills.
• Experience working in remote, mining or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk and reporting.
• Oversee engineering consultants, contractors and specialist vendors.
• Develop and execute construction and commissioning strategies in live operating environments.
• Manage site and stakeholder interfaces, including operational, maintenance and village teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Drive contractor performance and commercial outcomes.
• Facilitate project governance, approvals and handover activities.
