Job summary

Water Corporation in Western Australia is seeking a Project Leader to drive delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure across the South West Region. You will manage stakeholders, consultants, contractors and internal teams while delivering a portfolio of minor capital and maintenance projects.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery through all lifecycle stages—from initiation to commissioning—and develop robust plans, schedules and tender documents to meet scope, timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Tertiary level qualification in engineering, project management or relevant discipline (or substantial experience).
• Experience with managing multiple projects across electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 15 projects across water, wastewater, and drainage assets.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, business cases and tender docs.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to align with timelines and objectives.
• Conduct site inspections to support scoping, monitor progress and ensure HSE/quality compliance.
• Manage procurement, tendering, vendor engagement and performance monitoring.
