Job summary

Cricks Auto Group is seeking a Warranty Clerk to be the warranty go-to for Kia, Subaru and DEEPAL brands in Brisbane. You’ll ensure every claim is accurate, submitted on time and paid, so the workshop gets the credit it deserves.

Key responsibilities include processing and submitting warranty claims, reviewing repair orders for completeness, following up on rejected or unpaid claims, managing recalls and goodwill claims, and staying up-to-date with each manufacturer’s policies.

Qualifications

• Proven warranty experience in an automotive dealership (essential).
• Eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Good computer skills and confidence with dealership systems.
• Strong communication skills with staff and manufacturers.
• Well organised and able to manage a busy workload.
• A team player who takes ownership and sees things through.
