Salexo Consulting – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW is seeking a Warranties & Customer Care Coordinator to join their team, focusing on warranty claims, product enquiries and after-sales support for electrical and lighting customers across Australia.

You'll coordinate from initial contact to resolution, support wholesalers and contractors, and maintain accurate records in SAP while contributing to service improvements and timely customer communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical or lighting business with wholesalers and contractors is highly regarded.
• Experience in warranties, after-sales support, customer service or internal sales.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and a practical approach to solutions.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort using systems to manage customer enquiries, orders and records.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate warranty claims from initial contact through to resolution.
• Support electrical wholesalers, contractors and customers with clear, helpful communication.
• Gather product details and work with internal specialists to assess issues.
• Organise replacement products, parts, repairs or credits in line with warranty requirements.
• Keep customers updated on progress and expected timeframes.
• Assist with quotations, order tracking and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and warranty records in SAP.
• Identify recurring product issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.
