Salexo Consulting – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW
My client is an established electrical supply company seeking a Warranties & Customer Care Coordinator to join their team. They are an industry powerhouse, catering to a wide range of sectors across Australia.
With a robust national presence and thrilling growth prospects, they are seeking energetic and driven individuals to join them on our path to innovation and excellence.
Ideally, you’ll come from an electrical or lighting company and understand how electrical wholesalers and contractors operate. You might currently work in customer service, internal sales, warranty support or service coordination and be looking for your next step.
You’ll help customers with product enquiries and warranty claims, working closely with sales, product specialists and operations to organise practical solutions.
From arranging replacement parts to providing updates on a claim, you’ll help make the process straightforward for customers. You’ll also support quotations, orders and project deliveries, bringing variety to your day.
Coordinating warranty claims and product enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
Supporting electrical wholesalers, contractors and other customers with clear, helpful communication.
Gathering product details and working with internal specialists to assess issues.
Organising replacement products, parts, repairs or credits in line with warranty requirements.
Keeping customers updated on progress and expected timeframes.
Assisting with quotations, order tracking and delivery coordination.
Maintaining accurate customer, order and warranty records in SAP.
Identifying recurring product issues and sharing feedback with the relevant teams.
Experience within an electrical or lighting business would be highly regarded, particularly if you’ve worked with electrical wholesalers and contractors.
You’ll ideally have:
An understanding of electrical products, trade customers and the wholesale channel.
Experience in warranties, after-sales support, customer service or internal sales.
A friendly communication style and a practical approach to solving problems.
Good organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Confidence using systems to manage customer enquiries, orders and records.
SAP experience would be an advantage.
You don’t need to have held a dedicated warranties role. Relevant industry knowledge and experience helping customers resolve product or order issues could also make you a strong fit.
Competitive base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per annum, plus additional superannuation.
