Qualifications

Alpha Furnishers Carpet Court is seeking a Warehousing & Delivery Driver to join our team in Armidale NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products promptly and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and safely delivering flooring and furniture to customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and organise stock in the warehouse

Prepare delivery orders accurately, ensuring all items are picked, packed and ready for dispatch

Drive delivery vehicles safely and professionally to customer locations

Deliver furnishings and carpets to customers, ensuring products are handled with care and positioned correctly

Obtain customer signatures and manage delivery documentation

Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels and delivery transactions

Inspect vehicles and warehouse equipment for safety and maintenance issues

Follow all health, safety and company policies to maintain a safe working environment

Provide excellent customer service and handle any delivery-related queries professionally

Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and organisation

What we're looking for

Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
