You will pick, pack, load vehicles, deliver to customers on scheduled routes, and assist with warehouse receiving, packing and safety procedures. A valid licence and forklift cert are preferred; strong reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Physically fit to lift and carry items up to 25 kg.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Load delivery vehicles and ensure secure packaging.
• Deliver goods to customers within designated routes and schedules.
• Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Hand to join the F and Co team in Merrylands, NSW. This is a full-time position that combines warehouse operations with delivery responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are efficiently stored, packed, and delivered to our customers on time. This position is based on-site at our Merrylands facility, where you will contribute directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
• Load delivery vehicles with products, ensuring proper organisation and secure packaging
• Deliver goods to customers within designated routes, adhering to delivery schedules
• Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse according to inventory management procedures
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
