Job summary

Townsville Flooring Xtra is seeking a hands-on, customer‑facing team member to support our showroom and warehouse daily operations in North Queensland. You will assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email, while helping prepare quotes and orders and coordinating deliveries and installation schedules.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organised, and proactive, with a willingness to learn, and comfortable working across office/showroom and warehouse settings.

This is a diverse, hands‑on position that combines customer service, sales support, administration, and warehouse operations. You'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our showroom and warehouse while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
