Soudal Australia is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker/Forklift Pick and Packer to join our Glendenning, NSW team. This full-time position ensures products are picked, packed and distributed to customers efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory and on-time dispatch.

You will operate forklifts safely, perform picking and packing, label items, and support daily warehouse targets. We offer forklift training, a stable career with an established company and flexible shifts where possible.

Formación

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing or similar roles.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
• Excellent health and safety awareness.
• Flexibility to work shifts as required.

Soudal Australia is seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Worker/Forklift Pick and Packer to join our team in Glendenning, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring our products are efficiently picked, packed and distributed to customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory movement, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Picking items from warehouse shelves and storage areas according to customer orders and company procedures
• Accurately packing products into boxes or skids, ensuring items are protected and organised for shipment
• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack and retrieve goods within the warehouse
• Scanning and labelling products to maintain accurate inventory records and traceability
• Checking orders for completeness and accuracy before dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily warehouse targets and deadlines
• Following all company safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Reporting any damaged products, discrepancies or equipment issues to management
