Job summary

Global Spill & Safety in Thomastown is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our distribution team. You will handle picking and packing, stock checks and light forklift work, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires a current forklift licence, a Victorian driver’s licence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to timely deliveries across Australia and support inventory control in a practical, team‑oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is required.
• A current forklift licence is essential.
• A valid Victorian driver’s licence is required.
• Ability to work safely and reliably in a busy environment.
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders.
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock.
• Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers.
• Booking freight by phone and through online portals.
• Completing delivery dockets and dispatch paperwork.
• Using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control.
• Light assembly work using hand tools.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
