Job summary

Soudal Australia is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker/Forklift Pick and Packer to join our Glendenning, NSW team. This full-time position ensures products are picked, packed and distributed to customers efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory and on-time dispatch.

You will operate forklifts safely, perform picking and packing, label items, and support daily warehouse targets. We offer forklift training, a stable career with an established company and flexible shifts where possible.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing or similar roles.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
• Excellent health and safety awareness.
• Flexibility to work shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Picking items from warehouse shelves according to orders and procedures.
• Packing products into boxes or skids for shipment.
• Operating forklifts safely to move, stack and retrieve goods.
• Scanning and labeling products to maintain inventory records.
• Checking orders for completeness before dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment in compliance with regulations.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.
• Following all safety protocols and reporting issues to management.
