Job summary

Sekisui Pilon is seeking a reliable Warehouse Store Person for a permanent full-time role in Sydney, NSW. The job involves forklift operation and general warehouse duties, with a focus on loading/unloading, packing, stock control, and RF scanning within a busy warehouse environment.

The role requires 2–3 years' warehouse experience, LF Forklift Licence, physical fitness, and strong teamwork. Monday to Friday, early start/finish, and on-site training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' warehouse experience.
• Current LF Forklift Licence is essential.
• Physically fit for manual handling and long periods on feet.
• Capable of forklift operation and general warehouse duties.
• Basic computer skills and accuracy with stock systems.
• Attention to detail, reliability and teamwork.
• Experience with RF scanning systems is advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and dispatch goods.
• Load and unload trucks and shipping containers.
• Pick, pack, label and replenish stock.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload materials.
• Conduct stock movements and inventory control.
• Perform cycle counts and stocktakes.

Permanent Full-Time Position
Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm | 38 hours/week

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Store Person to join our team during an exciting period of company growth.

This is a hands-on warehouse position. The successful candidate will spend part of their day operating a forklift and part of their day performing general warehouse duties, including truck loading and unloading, stock handling, picking and packing, and other physically active tasks. Applicants must be physically fit and capable of safely performing the inherent requirements of the role, including regular manual handling, lifting products up to 10kg, and spending significant periods of the day on their feet. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, work alongside the team, and contribute wherever needed in a busy warehouse environment.

What You'll Need

• Comfortable undertaking both forklift operation and hands-on warehouse duties
• Basic computer skills and accuracy when using stock management systems
• Strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist across all warehouse activities
• Experience using RF scanning systems (advantageous)
• Manufacturing environment experience (preferred)
