Job summary

DOUBLE 'D' PRODUCTS AUSTRALIA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson for our Glendenning NSW facility. This full-time, on-site role covers all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.

You will contribute to KPI monitoring, implement QA procedures, and support continuous improvement while collaborating across departments. Relevant licenses (Forklift, White Card) are advantageous and career growth is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a warehouse management or similar operations role within manufacturing, logistics or distribution.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement continuous improvements.
• Physical capability to undertake warehouse duties when necessary.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Forklift License or White Card would be advantageous.
