Job summary

TimePet in Burleigh Heads is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily warehouse operations on the floor, while coordinating a small team and driving performance.

The role combines hands-on picking/packing with staff development, ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is welcomed and leadership by example is essential for success.

• Participate in daily picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate workflow and support the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team.
• Train and develop staff, conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and follow up on performance goals.
• Provide feedback and address errors and performance issues.
• Ordering warehouse supplies and consumables to ensure operational needs are met.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Assist with stock control and identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes.

TimePet is looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Burleigh Heads.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations with team coordination and leadership. You will work on the warehouse floor alongside the team, picking and packing orders while coordinating daily activities, supporting staff development and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and safely.

About You

You are a reliable, hands-on team player with strong organisational skills and the confidence to lead by example. You communicate well, take initiative and are comfortable supporting staff, providing feedback and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities and think on your feet when unexpected challenges arise. Whether responding to staff shortages, sudden increases in order volumes or changing operational demands, you remain calm, adaptable and focused on keeping things running smoothly.

Previous warehouse experience, including team coordination or leadership, is essential. A current forklift licence will be highly regarded.
