Job summary

FuzzYard Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor/Coordinator based at our Dandenong South facility to lead a small team and manage day-to-day warehouse operations in Melbourne.

You will oversee receiving, picking, packing and despatch, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and organisation in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising a busy warehouse.
• Strong ownership and accountability with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in coordinating and supporting a small team.
• Willingness to perform physical warehouse duties and lead by example.
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate a small warehouse team, including casual staff during peak periods.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing and despatch.
• Allocate daily tasks and priorities to meet order deadlines.
• Receive, unpack and organise incoming stock.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, containers and supplier shipments.
• Manage freight bookings and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Assist with stocktakes, stock counts and inventory management.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and despatched on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
