Job summary

ARC Metalcentre in Dubbo is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient outcomes. Reporting to the Branch Manager at the Dubbo Centre, you will oversee picking, loading, dispatch and logistics coordination while staying hands-on with the team.

You will champion safety, deliver toolbox talks, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer expectations. Forklift and HR Licence are essential, with SAP and MS Office proficiency to support

• Hands-on leader who supports and develops their team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and getting the job done right.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Dubbo Centre, you will join a close-knit team where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operations while leading from the front.

You’ll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running safely and efficiently, supporting your team, coordinating logistics, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, transport management or similar
• Previous leadership experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand, or ready to step into your first supervisory role.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys supporting and developing their team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and getting the job done right.
• Forklift and HR Licence is essential
• Comfortable using computer systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office (or similar).
