Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) within the GFG Alliance group is seeking a shift supervisor to manage production and logistics on the Hemmant site. You will lead Operators and Dispatch Coordinators, champion safety programs, and drive daily operations to meet performance KPIs.
The role runs Monday to Friday from 1:00pm to 9:00pm with a 15% afternoon shift allowance. You will grow with experienced leaders and contribute to site performance through continuous improvement and effective team

Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Hemmant site, you wil be responsible for the safety and day to day manufacturing and logistics of the shift. You will be coordinating the operational activities of the shift including management of production staff, including employee performance and safe operations, quality of work and implementation of improvement processes.
