InfraBuild through ARC at Nobel Park is seeking a Despatch Planner to coordinate daily despatch schedules, liaise with drivers and internal teams, and ensure loads are executed safely and on time. You will support customer service and help optimise delivery performance from production to receipt by customers.
Based at Nobel Park, this permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, with a focus on safety, reliability and customer satisfaction within a collaborative operations environment.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Nobel Park site, you will be working closely with internal teams and external freight contractors, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the deliveries
You’ll also support customer service functions, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.
This role sits at the heart of our operations, connecting production, transport, and customer service to ensure our customers receive their orders safely, on time and in full.
This role works Monday to Friday 6.00 AM to 2.30 PM
