The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join our Nobel Park site. You will plan daily despatch schedules, coordinating with drivers, customers, Production, Operations and Sales to ensure on-time delivery and DIFOT performance.
You will maintain loading dockets, communicate with freight partners, and support Customer Service with enquiries, orders and quotes. A strong focus on safety, reliability and customer satisfaction is essential.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Nobel Park site, you will be working closely with internal teams and external freight contractors, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the deliveries
You’ll also support customer service functions, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.
This role sits at the heart of our operations, connecting production, transport, and customer service to ensure our customers receive their orders safely, on time and in full.
This role works Monday to Friday 6.00 AM to 2.30 PM
