Job summary

ARC - The Australian Reinforcing Company is seeking a shift supervisor for the Hemmant site to oversee safety, production, and dispatch activities during the 1:00pm–9:00pm shift. You will coordinate production staff performance, enforce WHS standards, and drive site KPIs while supporting cross-functional teams in daily operations.

Job description

Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Hemmant site, you wil be responsible for the safety and day to day manufacturing and logistics of the shift. You will be coordinating the operational activities of the shift including management of production staff, including employee performance and safe operations, quality of work and implementation of improvement processes.

The working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 1:00pm – 9:00pm and includes a 15% afternoon shift allowance.
