Health Focus Manufacturers is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Brisbane Northside. You will lead daily inbound goods activities, oversee stock control, and drive the rollout of a new MRP system across warehouse processes. Collaboration with Production, Quality and Supply Chain is essential.

You will mentor and develop a team, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy on the floor. This is a growth-focused role with real hands-on impact across operations.

Formación

• 1–3 years’ experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems or system implementations.
• Passion for improving warehouse processes from receiving to stock control.
• Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and safety compliance.
• Experience with inbound goods, inventory control and quarantine processes.
• Commitment to workplace safety and GMP compliance.

This is a genuinely hands-on role - you'll be out on the floor every day, receiving, checking and moving stock and leading by example alongside your team. No hiding behind a desk!

With our new MRP system rolling out, you'll lead the charge in building and embedding warehouse processes from the ground up - simple, robust and system-driven - and shaping how our warehouse runs for years to come. Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you'll oversee the safe, accurate and compliant receipt, storage, control and movement of raw materials and packaging components, working closely with Production, Quality and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily inwards goods activities, working hands-on in receiving, checking, storing and moving materials.
• Ensure deliveries are thoroughly checked and accurately receipted into warehouse systems within agreed lead times.
• Maintain inventory control, including quarantine, traceability, expiry management, labelling, stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Coordinate picking and staging of materials to meet production requirements.
• Allocate daily tasks through toolbox meetings, ensuring SOPs, GMP and safety requirements are followed.
• Maintain GMP housekeeping, safe storage of dangerous goods and daily forklift and equipment checks.
• Assist in drafting and maintaining warehouse SOPs, CAPAs and Change Controls.
• Lead and champion the rollout of HFM's new MRP system across warehouse stock control processes.
• Onboard, train, mentor and develop warehouse team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactively communicate any risks to material supply or inventory integrity.

What You’ll Bring

• 1 - 3 years’ experience in a warehouse leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and building a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems - involvement in a system implementation or rollout is a big plus.
• A passion for building and improving warehouse processes - from receiving and quarantine through to stock control and production staging.
• A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude - no task too big, no detail too small.
• Experience with inbound goods, raw and packaging materials, inventory control and quarantine processes.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and warehouse compliance.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, respectful communication and the ability to mentor, motivate and grow a team.

Highly desirable

• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment and a solid understanding of GMP.
• Knowledge of GHS and hazardous materials handling.
