Health Focus Manufacturers (HFM) is seeking a Packaging Operator in our Filling and Packaging team at our Brisbane site. You will run filling, packing and labeling lines, ensuring products leave the plant safely, accurately and to our high standards.

No GMP experience? We’re still keen to talk. Full on-the-job training is provided. If you have reliability, a strong work ethic and enjoy teamwork, you’ll fit right in with our quality-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• GMP packing experience in cosmetics, pharma, nutraceutical, foods or similar.
• Understand line clearance and batch documentation processes.
• Willingness to learn; on-the-job training provided.

About the Role

As a Packaging Operator in our Filling and Packaging team, you’ll run filling, packing and labelling lines to make sure every product leaves our site safe, accurate and to the standard our customers expect.

We’d love to hear from people with experience in GMP packing environments (cosmetics, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food or similar). If you understand line clearance, batch documentation and why the small details matter, you’ll settle in quickly.

No GMP experience? We’re still keen to talk. Full on-the-job training is provided. What we can’t teach is attitude. If you have a strong work ethic, are eager to learn, turn up every day, and take pride in being part of a team that does quality work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely set up and operate filling, packing and labelling equipment
• Follow GMP, quality, safety and production procedures
• Check product quality, output and equipment performance throughout the shift
• Complete line cleaning, changeovers and basic troubleshooting
• Accurately complete production and quality records
• Work with your team to hit daily targets and help improve how we work
