Job summary

Qualifications

• Forklift Licence – preferred

As the Warehouse Storeperson Labourer, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Syndeticom’s storage warehouse, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently, safely, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching stock
• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders
• Generate shipping labels and documentation for courier pickups
• Maintain adequate stock of warehouse and business consumables

Inventory Management

• Coordinate with inventory planners to support upcoming production runs
• Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes, layout, and efficiency

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
• Promote a safe, secure, and well-organised warehouse environment

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
• Support the Procurement Manager with KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years in a warehouse, pick-packer, or storeperson role
• Experience across the full warehousing lifecycle: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Forklift Licence – preferred

Qualifications (Desirable)

• Certificate III in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
