Job summary

Wise Recruitment & Consulting is seeking a reliable Warehouse Dispatch Storeperson in Lidcombe, NSW. This full-time, long-term role runs Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, with duties including picking, packing, and dispatch preparation.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or dispatch experience, strong attention to detail, good English, and basic computer skills. Forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential.

• Experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or order fulfilment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to complete dispatch paperwork.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive.
• Teamwork and independent work capability.
• LF forklift licence is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and consolidating customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and packaging.
• Checking orders against picking lists and dispatch documentation.
• Completing relevant paperwork and maintaining accurate dispatch records.
• Organising goods within the dispatch area to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Communicating effectively with warehouse staff and relevant teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• A reliable, punctual and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A current LF forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential).
