Tropac in Auburn, NSW is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team. You will handle receiving, packing and dispatching orders with accuracy, safety, and efficiency, supporting a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will maintain stock accuracy, operate forklifts and inventory systems, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Purchasing to improve processes and customer service.

Formación

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems such as NetSuite or Netstock.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, inspect and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles using safe work practices.
• Label, wrap and stage products for dispatch.
• Maintain stock levels through cycle counts and stock takes.
• Record stock movements in warehouse systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Purchasing.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse activities that support our business and deliver excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, unloading, inspecting and storing incoming goods.
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles using safe work practices.
• Labelling, wrapping and staging products for dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels through stock checks, cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Using warehouse and inventory systems to record stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Conducting pre-start equipment checks and reporting faults.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures and reporting hazards, incidents and near misses.
• Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Transport and other internal teams.
• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity and processes.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, which is preferred but not essential.
