Job summary

Sycomp, a global IT services and logistics provider, invites applications for two Warehouse Associate roles in Sydney. You will support receipt, storage, inventory control, configuration staging, and shipment of IT equipment for Australia and APAC.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution operations.
  • Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience using inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management tools preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift and move equipment and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
  • Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments of IT equipment and materials.
  • Accurately store and record inventory using warehouse management and inventory systems.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to quality standards.
  • Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing and reverse logistics activities.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Handle shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with staging, asset tagging, and preparation of technology equipment for deployment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and warehouse processes.
  • Ensure packing materials and warehouse supplies are maintained to support daily operations.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety policies at all times.

About the Role

Sycomp is seeking two Warehouse Associates to join our Sydney operations team. This role is critical in supporting the receipt, storage, inventory control, configuration staging, and shipment of IT equipment for customers across Australia and the wider APAC region.

Working within a fast-paced technology logistics environment, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, and supporting high service delivery standards across our global supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities
