Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff on your allocated shift to meet targets.
• Train and develop new team members to ensure safety and service standards.
• Manage stocktake/inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Record and report customer complaints via procedures.
• Pick and pack customer orders and maintain equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement at the site and safety initiatives.
• Analyse KPI and stock data, identifying issues and reporting actions.
